Depending on the setup, either the alarm company phones us or someone on your staff does.
Will the officer go inside?
Only if access is arranged and it’s safe. Otherwise they check the outside and entry points.
What if there's been a break-in?
The officer can stay until the property is secured and your people are updated.
Can alarm response run with patrol?
