In the city, the entrance often opens right onto a busy sidewalk. A friendly officer near the door points patients to the right floor, keeps the waiting area settled and steps in if someone gets upset.
Opening and closing.
Early and late appointments mean staff arrive and leave in the dark. An officer around at open and close makes a real difference to how safe people feel.
After hours.
Overnight, patrol visits can check doors and entrances. If the alarm goes off, alarm response sends our officer to check instead of calling your office manager at midnight. Everything is logged and emailed.
Starting small.
