Security guard services
An officer at the door who knows who belongs and notices who doesn’t.
View detailsWe don’t like recommending coverage for a building we haven’t seen. Walking it with you shows us what someone looking for an easy target would notice: the side door that doesn’t latch, the dark stretch of garage, the lobby that’s easy to tailgate into.
It’s free, and there’s no obligation. You’ll get a written proposal to look over on your own time.
How the building runs from morning to late night, when deliveries show up, who’s around overnight and what’s happened before. Past incidents tell us more than anything else, even small ones.
We’ll also want to know who gets the shift reports and who we call in an emergency.
Entrances, the lobby, side and back doors, stairwells, garage levels, alleys, lighting and any cameras already installed. For residential buildings, we’ll look at the package room and amenities; for offices, the visitor process and how lockup works.
If the fire alarm or sprinklers are due for work, bring it up. That’s when fire watch comes in.
You get a written proposal with what we’d recommend, whether that’s an officer, patrol, live monitoring or some combination, plus hours and how reporting works.
No minimum, month-to-month terms. Lots of clients start small and adjust once they’ve seen a few weeks of reports.
